Temperature Dependence of Photochemical Degradation of MAPbBr3 Perovskite

The experimental results of X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical absorbance, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and photoelectron spectra (XPS) the core levels valence bands MAPbBr3 (MA-CH3NH3+) perovskite before after exposure to visible light for 700 h at temperatures 10 60 °C are presented. It reveals that soaking induces decomposition accompanied with decay organic cation release a PbBr2 phase as degradation product whereas photochemical completely disappears while aging temperature is decreased °C.
